So here I am day one:
I made my 6 egg white omelet with 80grams of mushrooms, spinach, and green onion and had a gigantic slice of cantaloupe. So far so good.
Losing weight is easy once you get through the hard part, STARTing! Really truly starting, it's hard to get going but it can be done and it gets so much easier! I'm on my own and taking the pounds off one at a time. I hope my little blog can inspire you to take back your life, YOU CAN DO IT!
