Losing weight is easy once you get through the hard part, STARTing! Really truly starting, it's hard to get going but it can be done and it gets so much easier! I'm on my own and taking the pounds off one at a time. I hope my little blog can inspire you to take back your life, YOU CAN DO IT!

4 weeks in
So today marks 28 days on this diet. So far I have lost 16.6 pounds, not so bad if I do say so myself:) Hope I can keep losing at this pace!
